Pilar has worked for us for nearly 20 years. During that time, she followed us from a medium sized home to a somewhat smaller one. When leaving the first house, Pilar helped do a final clean. Our family went from having two dogs to fostering dogs to now being pet free. All the while, she kept the house sparkling and fresh. We find Pilar to be very thorough and detailed, getting to all the hard-to-reach places. If there is any issue (and there have been very few through the many years], she is easy to work with and responds quickly. Pilar is personable and friendly, a joy to work with.

I have been using The King's Royal Cleaning Services for years. They do a fantastic job and I have never considered going elsewhere. In fact they have done such a good job with our house cleaning that I now have them clean my office as well. Pilar and her staff are always professional and friendly. Pilar and her helpers have been cleaning my house for about 5 months. The first time they came, they did a deep clean, which took about 6 hours. They cleaned everything: little ledges where dust settles, the top of the ceiling fan blades, etc. They even vacuumed my mattress. This gave them a base line of cleanliness, and they've done a great job ever since. I trust them completely. They are thorough and take their time to make sure everything is clean. Pilar's vacuum cleaner is amazing! I think it must be an industrial cleaner, because every fiber of my carpet is spotless and stands straight up when she's completed her job. It looks brand new every time they come; in fact, my house looks so good I don't even want to do anything but admire it when they're done. They always have a smile, and their sense of humor is excellent. My neighbor recommended them, and I'm glad she did. I'm happy to recommend Pilar, too.
